Common pricing questions

What counts as a "position"?
An authorized position in your organizational structure — filled, vacant, or overfilled. Each position record in PowerPCS counts toward your plan limit. Incumbent records (the people who fill positions) are unlimited and do not count.
How many users can log in?
Unlimited. PowerPCS pricing is based entirely on position count, not user count. Add your entire HR and Finance team without affecting your plan cost.
What happens if I grow past my tier's position limit?
You'll see an in-app nudge to upgrade when you approach your limit. You can always add more positions — we won't block you mid-workflow. The nudge is informational, not a hard lock.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties, no calls required.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel from your account settings in under a minute. There's no retention flow, no exit survey you're forced through, no call with an account manager. Export your data first — it's a single click — and you're done.
